Grooming Standards isn’t just for Standard Schnauzers.
I created Grooming Standards as a private Facebook group for students to access the two hand-stripping courses I ran over 10 months in 2023. I also run monthly “ask anything” live Q&A sessions which remain available in the group.
Grooming Standards is where I’ve gone most in-depth, answered the most questions in the most detail, and posted a lot of exclusive Schnauzer-centric hand-stripping information and demonstrations. One of the great features of Grooming Standards is that once you’re in the group, everything from the past and everything to come in the future will be available to you, like the puppy grooming class I’m planning for later in the year.
Leslie is a career dog professional of 25 years. She's been an obedience instructor and veterinary nurse, and is a professional groomer, salon owner, and Schnauzer expert. Leslie has recently bred, groomed and shown over 20 Standard Schnauzers to their championships, including Regional and National Specialty winners and nationally ranked dogs.
Leslie now also educates through how-to Schnauzer grooming videos and public & private instruction, and looks back with pride on her evolution as a teacher.
